Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Anchor access-governance workspace (the Service). By requesting or using a workspace you agree to them. Contact hello@anchor.example.
The Service. Anchor maps identity-provider access events onto control language used in SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and CCPA programmes, retains an evidence trail, and exports auditor-ready packs. You retain all rights in your event data. We retain rights in the Service, mappings, and documentation.
Acceptable use. You may not reverse engineer the Service, overload connectors, submit unlawful content, or use the trail to monitor individuals beyond your documented access-governance purpose. You must have authority to connect each identity provider.
Accounts and security. You are responsible for workspace admins, SSO configuration, and the accuracy of connected systems. We will notify you of a confirmed personal-data breach without undue delay.
Liability. The Service is provided as-is for evaluation and production use at your own risk. Our aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death, personal injury, or fraud).
Term and termination. Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days’ notice, or immediately for material breach if uncured after 14 days. Upon termination we export your trail on request and delete it within 30 days, subject to the Privacy Policy retention rules.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where the Service or data is at risk.
